5Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Before withdrawing, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳12,000 in wagering.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonuses may be used on any game in the account, though specific promotions may carry game restrictions.
- Any winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- If a bonus is suspected of being used for fraudulent purposes, xx999 sport may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Right to Modify Promotions
xx999 sport reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the terms of any promotion, offer or bonus without prior notice.
6Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Validity
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. For live events or in-play betting, real-time odds apply, and xx999 sport will not be responsible for bets voided due to a connection loss.
6.2 Odds and Event Cancellation
If an event or match is cancelled, suspended or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be returned, unless established rules provide otherwise. For multi-bets, if one selection is cancelled, the remaining selections will be settled accordingly.
6.3 Technical Errors
If incorrect odds are displayed or a system error occurs due to a technical fault, xx999 sport reserves the right to void those bets. Bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous will not automatically be considered valid.
7VIP Program
The xx999 sport VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.
VIP tier is determined by a member's overall gaming activity. Regular play and active engagement with the platform are required to advance to higher tiers. xx999 sport reserves the right to change VIP criteria.
8Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities
8.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on xx999 sport:
- Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account to abuse bonuses.
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Attempting to introduce harmful software or viruses into the platform's systems.

8.2 Consequences of Violations
If a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, the account will be closed immediately, the full balance may be confiscated, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
